These Terms govern your use of GradBlueprint (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Who we are

GradBlueprint is operated by the GradBlueprint team, based in the UK. Contact: hello@gradblueprint.co.uk.

What the Service is

GradBlueprint helps students track graduate scheme applications, review CVs, prepare for interviews, discover graduate schemes, and access AI-powered career guidance features. It is a productivity and preparation tool — not a guarantee of any application outcome, interview success, or job offer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to access other users' data.

Free and paid plans

GradBlueprint offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier (currently £4.99/month). Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; you'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Once you've started using a billing period, that period is generally non-refundable. UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but this right may be lost once you've started using paid features, which you agree to by activating Pro immediately upon payment. Your content

Any data you enter, including CVs and career information, remains yours. We don't claim ownership of it. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you, including generating AI-powered feedback where you request it. Don't upload anything unlawful or that infringes another party's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to access another user's data or account, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, or upload malicious code.

No guarantee of outcomes

GradBlueprint does not guarantee you will secure an interview, offer, or graduate scheme place. Any CV feedback, ATS-style scoring, interview guidance, or AI-generated career advice is provided as general assistance, not professional career, legal, or financial advice, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Graduate scheme listings

Where the Service displays information about third-party graduate schemes (including company names, deadlines, and requirements), this information is provided for guidance only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies listed unless stated otherwise, and we encourage users to verify all deadlines and requirements directly with the employer's official careers page before relying on them.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for loss arising from downtime — we recommend also keeping your own record of critical deadlines.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms or change the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
