Built for driven graduates who intend to win a competitive market.
GradBlueprint is a UK graduate careers platform — a tracker, an AI CV reviewer, an assessment centre and interview trainer, and a set of free guides. One place, one workflow.
Why I built this.
Hi — I'm William. I'm a Loughborough University graduate, and I built GradBlueprint because the UK graduate market is one of the most competitive job markets in the world, and the tooling around it is decades behind.
Most driven students I know applied to 30, 40, sometimes 60 schemes, and managed them in a mess of spreadsheets, email folders, and half-remembered deadlines. They'd write CVs in the dark with no idea whether they'd parse in an ATS. They'd walk into assessment centres having read one Reddit thread. And they'd get rejected from places they should have converted — not because they weren't good enough, but because nobody had shown them how the system actually works.
GradBlueprint is the platform I wish existed while I was applying: one place to manage every application, strengthen your CV against real ATS logic, run mock interviews and assessment centre exercises with feedback, and read honest, specific guides on how the funnel actually works. The mission is straightforward — help driven people crack the system and beat the market they're in.
What we build by.
Four rules that decide what ships and what doesn't.
Ruthlessly candidate-first
Every feature is judged by one question: does it change the outcome of an application? If not, it doesn't ship.
Tools, not takes
The graduate careers space is full of opinion. We ship software you can use in the middle of an application — a tracker, an ATS check, an interview simulator.
Honest about the market
Graduate hiring is competitive and uneven. We tell candidates what the funnel actually looks like — deadlines, rejection rates, what assessors mark — instead of dressing it up.
Free where it should be free
The tracker, the deadlines, the free tools stay free. Paying is only for the AI-heavy work that costs money to run. No dark patterns, no artificial gates.
